Responsibilities

  • Efficient Call Handling
  • Properly log calls in the Call Log System
  • Coordination with other Business Units and branches
  • Prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Provides adequate information per unit
  • Handles customer complaints and provides possible resolution whenever necessary
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and complex issues that require in-depth problem solving
  • Facilitates bookings request and cancellations
  • Manage walk-in customers and can duty at Pier site or branches
  • Handles and answers emails and social media

Qualifications

  • Must be 4 year college graduate
  • Preferably fresh graduates who can start ASAP
  • Good communication skills
  • With positive attitude
  • Willing to work on weekends and can render OT
  • Residing nearby the work locations
