Responsibilities
- Efficient Call Handling
- Properly log calls in the Call Log System
- Coordination with other Business Units and branches
- Prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Provides adequate information per unit
- Handles customer complaints and provides possible resolution whenever necessary
- Handle escalated customer complaints and complex issues that require in-depth problem solving
- Facilitates bookings request and cancellations
- Manage walk-in customers and can duty at Pier site or branches
- Handles and answers emails and social media
Qualifications
- Must be 4 year college graduate
- Preferably fresh graduates who can start ASAP
- Good communication skills
- With positive attitude
- Willing to work on weekends and can render OT
- Residing nearby the work locations
