Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

1. Order Processing and Fulfillment: facilitate accurate and prompt processing of orders placed through various sources.
2. Process orders from Sales Orders and Purchase Orders (from customers, clients, and sales representatives). Manage the Purchase Order Interface (POI) uploading and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) uploads from customer portals.
3. Coordinate all held sales orders requiring Principal Approval Form (PAF) and credit approval with Sales and Credit for release before the specified cut‑off time.
4. Create outbound deliveries by releasing orders to facilitate delivery requests.
