We are looking for a Customer Service representative to handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve complaints promptly, and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four‑year college course
- Demonstrates good command of the English language, both written and oral, for effective communication
- Has relevant experience in a customer‑facing role, which is an advantage
- Able to interact professionally with customers and handle inquiries efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Customer Service Team Player and Back Office Support
