Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four‑year college course
  • Demonstrates good command of the English language, both written and oral, for effective communication
  • Has relevant experience in a customer‑facing role, which is an advantage
  • Able to interact professionally with customers and handle inquiries efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Customer Service Team Player and Back Office Support
