CRS STAFF
Customer Relations Specialist (CRS) is responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating shipment-related inquiries, resolving logistics issues, and ensuring smooth end-to-end service delivery. This role acts as the liaison between customers, operations, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipments, delivery status, and logistics services.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide tracking updates, ETAs, and resolve delivery delays or issues.
- Log customer interactions and update records in CRM/ERP systems.
