Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Training Pay: 550 pesos/Day
Reports To: Team Leader/Supervisor
Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH Time
***Please Note that your start date will be by the start of the year.
Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls
- Read from provided scripts and follow given call flow
- Follow coaching feedback and directives given by team leader and site management
- Maintain professional attitude and behavior on site
Qualifications
- Coachable
- Interpersonal and rapport building skills
- With or without experience
- With or without college degree
