We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who will be primarily responsible to guarantee a positive customer experience and ensure quick and reliable processing of customer orders from booking to invoicing. Manage speedy and knowledgeable responses to assist customer at any stage of his order and pro-actively solve any problems.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Receiving and Booking Customer Purchase orders timely and correctly.
- Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Ensure all orders are accurately entered to meet product specifications, agreed delivery times, certifications, and documentation requirements.
- Conduct weekly calls with Operations to provide order updates and ensure alignment with customer request dates.
