Key Responsibilities:
Acts as the link between the Customer Service Head (CSH) and clients.
Provides timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
Monitors and tracks customer inquiries and complaints to identify causes of delays or quick resolutions.
Regularly gathers client feedback to improve service, productivity, and profitability.
Coordinates client meetings and trucking concerns.
Prepares client letters and communications as directed by the CSH.
Records & Documentation
Maintains complete and updated client records (soft and hard copies).
Keeps accurate records of all transactions, sales, complaints, orders, cancellations, contracts, and meeting minutes.
Data & Reporting
Collects and analyzes data to address complaints, inquiries, and performance issues.
