Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the link between the Customer Service Head (CSH) and clients.

  • Provides timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Monitors and tracks customer inquiries and complaints to identify causes of delays or quick resolutions.

  • Regularly gathers client feedback to improve service, productivity, and profitability.

  • Coordinates client meetings and trucking concerns.

  • Prepares client letters and communications as directed by the CSH.

Records & Documentation

  • Maintains complete and updated client records (soft and hard copies).

  • Keeps accurate records of all transactions, sales, complaints, orders, cancellations, contracts, and meeting minutes.

Data & Reporting

  • Collects and analyzes data to address complaints, inquiries, and performance issues.
