Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers who have abandoned their shopping carts and assist them in completing their purchases.
- Follow up with customers whose orders are out for delivery to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
- Reach out to customers after successful delivery to collect feedback and encourage them to share product or service reviews.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns when required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
