An Member Relations Officer (MRO) is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and provides clients/accredited medical facilities/brokers/agents with information regarding the plans they have (medical, travel, or sachet insurance product). His or Her primary role is to provide first contact resolution.
minimum of 6months work experience in a call center outbound account.
Morning shift for the firms month. Shifting Schedule after that.
Work on Site with Holiday/Weekend Work
With BPO Experience at least 6 months
Salary will be higher if with BPO and/or Healthcare/HMO Account.
3+6 months CONTRACT
