Direct customers to the appropriate departments or personnel when necessary. Adhere to the companys customer service policies and procedures. Strive to achieve performance metrics set by management, such as call duration and customer satisfaction rate. Requirements : 27 : ( ) 5 (9 ) Not to exceed 27 years. Residence: Cairo & Giza Education: University degree or four-year institute diploma. Working days: 5 days a week, 9-hour shifts with a 1-hour break. Workplace: Abbasia. Paid training Social and health insurance provided.
