  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues accurately
  • Provide product or service information and resolve customer complaints
  • Document call details and maintain accurate customer records
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions

Qualifications:

  • College graduate (any course)
  • No BPO/call center experience required
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
