Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues accurately
- Provide product or service information and resolve customer complaints
- Document call details and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions
Qualifications:
- College graduate (any course)
- No BPO/call center experience required
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
