**Summary**:
Responsible for addressing customer needs by providing detailed support related to purchase orders, technical product information, assistance with online orders, updates on open orders, and general inquiries about our products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate order reports for key accounts.
- Assist customers with special requests or inquiries regarding customized products tailored to their specifications.
- Provide support for online orders, including order status updates, shipping dates, and general product-related questions.
Experiência y requisitos
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced English proficiency (90%).
- Computer skills: Intermediate Excel; experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Minimum of +1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
