Customer Service Representative

At Supercap North America, part of the Crealis Group, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide an outstanding experience to our customers while acting as a key link between clients and our internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring on-time delivery and service excellence in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional support and follow-up to national and international customers
• Manage customer orders, quotations, and delivery schedules through ERP systems
• Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
