Required Experience & Qualifications ● Minimum 5 years of Customer Service experience within a manufacturing, packaging, or distribution environment (mandatory) ● Strong experience managing large customer accounts and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction ● Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory) ● Experience working with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems for order processing and customer order management ● Experience working with manual order entry processes and legacy ERP systems, preferably Sage ERP ● Comfortable operating in environments where orders must be entered manually and processes are not fully automated ● Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment ● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities ● Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and service standards ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
