About the job Customer Service Representative
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
- Provide information for incoming customer queries.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
MID SHIFT, NIGHT SHIFT OR SHIFTING SCHEDULE INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS: PHP 16,500 - PHP 27,000/mo with Monthly Incentives on top of basic pay, Paid Training and Healthcare Benefits (Medical and Life Insurance).
Accounts: Healthcare, Banking, Gaming, Travel (Airline Ticketing), Hotel (Reservations), Software, Telecom
