Responsibilities

  • Focus on Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) execution, ensuring timely and accurate order handling and delivery.
  • Act as the main operational point of contact for customers during the supply process, managing day‑to‑day order‑related interactions.
  • Receive and process customer enquiries and orders via email or web‑based ordering systems.
  • Prepare and submit price quotations.
  • Ensure recovery of standard and additional charges at order stage, maintaining cost accuracy and compliance.
  • Communicate order status, delivery updates, and additional charge approvals with customers or affiliate offices.
  • Coordinate with delivery agents to confirm product availability, delivery feasibility, and applicable extra charges.
