Responsibilities
- Focus on Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) execution, ensuring timely and accurate order handling and delivery.
- Act as the main operational point of contact for customers during the supply process, managing day‑to‑day order‑related interactions.
- Receive and process customer enquiries and orders via email or web‑based ordering systems.
- Prepare and submit price quotations.
- Ensure recovery of standard and additional charges at order stage, maintaining cost accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate order status, delivery updates, and additional charge approvals with customers or affiliate offices.
- Coordinate with delivery agents to confirm product availability, delivery feasibility, and applicable extra charges.
