We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with at least one year of related work experience. The role involves acting as a liaison, providing product and services information, and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts may encounter with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Understand and document client concerns.
- Report documented client concerns.
- Answer and resolve client concerns based on system and process knowledge base.
- Prepare reports of all reported concerns.
Employment Details
This is a project-based position with a 6‑month contract, requiring on‑site presence in the Mandaluyong City area. Preference is given to candidates who have a personal laptop.
