  • Handle inbound/outbound sales and technical support inquiries.
  • Promote and upsell products/services to meet sales targets.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and assist with domain-related concerns (e.g., DNS setup).
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year BPO experience (6 months Sales, 6 months Technical Support) .
  • Strong sales, upselling, and closing skills.
  • Knowledgeable in domains and basic troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Goal‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
