- Handle inbound/outbound sales and technical support inquiries.
- Promote and upsell products/services to meet sales targets.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and assist with domain-related concerns (e.g., DNS setup).
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- 1 year BPO experience (6 months Sales, 6 months Technical Support) .
- Strong sales, upselling, and closing skills.
- Knowledgeable in domains and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Goal‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
