Job Description

- Provide exceptional service and support in line with company's commitment to service excellence.
- Efficiently fulfill customer transactions while adhering to productivity and quality standards.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must have completed at least 2 years in college, or a 2-year vocational course.
- At least 2 years of work experience in Customer Service/BPO.
- Must be willing to work onsite and shifting schedule.
