Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve the assigned sales budget or monthly quota
• Analyze and summarize competitor information & trends, identifying sales opportunities, develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport providing technical information & explanation
• Monitor and ensure provision of consumable and repair request of the assigned customers with UBIX committed timeline.
• Keep customers informed about new technological products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Business-related course;
