- Adheres to customer service communication procedures and Standard Operational Procedures.
- Coordinates project development and status follow up.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts and files.
- Manages customer requests and/ or complaints and formulate resolution within the time limit.
- Engage with incoming calls from customers/ clients.
- Provides accurate, valid and complete information using the right method and tools.
- Provides necessary assistance to eGov Operations Unit and Payments.
- Recommends and/ or suggests quality improvement on work related matter.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or graduated with any business course.
- He/she must have more than two (2) years’ work experience as Customer Service or related role.
