  1. Adheres to customer service communication procedures and Standard Operational Procedures.
  2. Coordinates project development and status follow up.
  3. Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts and files.
  4. Manages customer requests and/ or complaints and formulate resolution within the time limit.
  5. Engage with incoming calls from customers/ clients.
  6. Provides accurate, valid and complete information using the right method and tools.
  7. Provides necessary assistance to eGov Operations Unit and Payments.
  8. Recommends and/ or suggests quality improvement on work related matter.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or graduated with any business course.
  • He/she must have more than two (2) years’ work experience as Customer Service or related role.
  • Knowledge in online payment system or fintech company is an advantage.
