Responsibilities
- Facilitate out-patient availments thru the 24/7 Hotline.
- Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges thru the 24/7 Hotline.
- Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
- Billing and payment verification
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior
Qualifications
- College graduate
- 1–2 years in Healthcare service, Healthcare BPO, Claims or LOA coordination
- Basic medical terminology, privacy, and data handling standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet, fast and accurate typing and documentation
- Effective communication, good leadership, customer service-oriented
- Licensure: No professional license required
