Customer Service Agent - German Speaker
Netzon Group is recruiting Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Barcelona for the New Balance Campaign.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.
- Become an expert and brand ambassador for New Balance.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both German and English.
Job Details
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation).
- Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (rotative weekends) or Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturdays 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
