Responsibilities
- Attends customer inquiries, complaints and give customers information about products and services, takes orders, answers queries.
- Provides timely and accurate information to customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to address customer needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure date integrity in our customer database.
Qualifications
- At least one year experience in a related field
- Skilled in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Highly self-motivated, honest and detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and managing pressure effectively
