Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and basic concerns
- Provide clear and accurate information about products or services
- Maintain a polite and helpful approach in all interactions
- Record customer details and transactions properly
- Follow company guidelines and service standards
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Support daily operations and team targets
Job Requirements
- Senior High School (SHS) graduate or higher
- At least 6 months work experience in any customer-facing role (retail, service crew, sales, BPO, or similar)
- Good communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
- Willing to learn and follow company processes
- Can work onsite and on shifting schedules if required
