  • Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and basic concerns
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products or services
  • Maintain a polite and helpful approach in all interactions
  • Record customer details and transactions properly
  • Follow company guidelines and service standards
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Support daily operations and team targets

Job Requirements

  • Senior High School (SHS) graduate or higher
  • At least 6 months work experience in any customer-facing role (retail, service crew, sales, BPO, or similar)
  • Good communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Willing to learn and follow company processes
  • Can work onsite and on shifting schedules if required
