Customer Service Representative

Smart World BPO is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Lahore office. We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills who can confidently communicate with US customers over the phone.
The ideal candidate must have a neutral or US accent , strong customer handling skills, and prior experience in customer service.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Communicate with US customers in fluent English
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
Assist customers with product inquiries, billing concerns, and service-related issues
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
Handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism
Build strong relationships with customers through trust and reliability
Conduct cold calling when required
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
