Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year in customer support/technical support
Education:

Undergraduates and Graduates are eligible
Skills:

Excellent written communication skills (mandatory for chat process)
Basic understanding of customer handling and troubleshooting
