Responsibilities
- Assist employees with their 401(k) and US retirement plans by explaining options, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries related to contributions, withdrawals, and plan policies.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat to educate and support employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with their retirement benefits.
Qualifications
- 2 years solid 401K/US Retirement Experience (Employee Facing) Required
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication
- HS Grad (Old Curriculum)/SHS Grad/Completed 2yrs in college w/ no back subjects
- Hybrid Set-up at Taguig
