Customer Service Representative – Insurance Account (Night Shift | Onsite)
We are currently hiring dedicated and customer-focused individuals for an Insurance Account. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with BPO experience who are looking to grow their career in the insurance industry.
Qualifications:
- Senior High School Graduate
- At least 1 year of generic BPO experience (any line of business)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Amenable to working night shift schedules
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries related to insurance services
- Provide accurate information regarding policies, coverage, billing, and other account concerns
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client guidelines
