Responsible for establishing the first contact with the customer.
Provides committed delivery dates for the requested product.
Provides quotations and official pricing to customers according to contracts and/or negotiated prices.
Receives customer orders.
Provides updates and reschedules delivery dates.
Collects customer satisfaction information and conducts service surveys.
Provides and follows up on committed delivery dates.
Performs forecast analysis for account managers.
Manages internal company processes related to shipments.
Maintains and builds good relationships with internal and external customers.
Requisitos
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proactive and dynamic.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Schedule flexibility.
Knowledge of MRP/Oracle systems.
