- **Availability**: Full-time work, 5 days a week with 9.5-hour shifts, and 2 days OFF!
- **Pay Expectation**: Base: $16.000 + Bonus potential: $4.000 - **Up to $20,000 mxp Monthly!**

- **Education**: High school diploma or GED required
- **Language**: Fluent in both English and Spanish
- **Typing Skills**: Ability to type 30 words per minute
- **Technical Proficiency**: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency and call center experience
