The Customer Service Inside Sales team provides value add by: Investigating prospective accounts and approaching customers remotely to identify new leads, or up-selling/cross-selling opportunities. Introducing customers in the product and after sales service program, identifying customer needs and selling solutions. Handling inbound requests for product information, and direct customers to website or other company resources. Creating activity reports and recommendations for further actions, and collaborating with both Sales and Engineering to maximize upgrade-orders. A job at this level: Sells low
