Call Center Customer Service (On Site)
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information as needed
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
We have different schedules AM‐PM and Graveyard Shifts.
