What does the job look like?
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle enquiries, resolve issues and ensure service requests are managed efficiently. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll coordinate schedules, provide timely updates, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. Key areas:
