About the role
Provide efficient support for the customers, the Sales Department and the Finance Department, ensuring product availability and technical advice. Perform administrative tasks in accordance with the Company’s internal guidelines, while ensuring compliance processes.
What you’ll be doing
- Answer all incoming phone calls, giving technical information and/or placing orders into the computer system to meet the customer’s expectations.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve their issues by providing product and service information and acting as liaison between the customer and various departments.
- Control stock and back‑orders, follow up on delivery, process returned items and ensure all processes meet company policies.
- Set up new accounts, maintain records, and perform related administrative duties to ensure data accuracy.
