The function of the Customer Service Agent is to be a link between the customer and our Company, ensuring the customer's value and providing a greater experience.Focus is always assured while working with our sales and shipping teams to ensure time and efficiency in our clients' delivery process.ResponsibilitiesHelping customers with inquiries related to orders, order process, order follow-up, cancellation, and troubleshooting.Enter customer orders (resolve ambiguities) in ERP/CRM software.Confirm order shipping date, location, time for delivery, and answer other inquiries regarding the order.Write proforma invoices.Communicate discrepancies with customer orders (credit, MOQ, price, locations, number of products).
