About the Role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Shipping & Customer Service Coordinator to support order fulfillment, customer communication, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor customer orders from entry through delivery
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and freight providers
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and issue resolution
