Binance is a client-facing business, and Customer Service is extremely important for us. We hope to create a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information. Support is conducted via the ticketing system and a live chat and will include but not limited to customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform.

Responsibilities

  • Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
  • Handle customer complaints, special cases or ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry.
