We’re seeking a fluent Spanish and English‑speaking Customer Service Representative, based in Alcobendas, Madrid, to support our customers across the Mediterranean region. This role manages the full order‑to‑delivery process, ensuring accuracy, proactive communication, and outstanding service to OEM and distributor clients. It suits someone from an industrial or manufacturing background who enjoys autonomy, structure, and building trusted customer relationships.
