Customer Service Representative (El Salto)

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Receive customer requirements and generate quotes according to their needs.
• Manage special requirements on listed products.
• Perform research, calculation and product selection.
• Assist customers with questions related to the price list.
• Perform margin calculation for products and special orders.
• Determine PED category.
• Validate compliance with IBR if necessary.
• Support the Order Entry team.
• Quote projects, provide required documentation and follow up once the order is entered.

For This Role, You Will Need

• Mechanical, chemical, or related engineering degree.
• Basic knowledge of PED certification.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas, filters, charts, conditionals, reports, etc.).
