Position: Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Voice – Retail Account)
Location: Makati, Marikina or Sta. Mesa Site
Salary: ₱20,000 monthly
Setup: Onsite Work Set-up
Responsibilities
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Seasonal Voice Retail Account . You will handle inbound calls from customers, assisting them with order tracking, product inquiries, returns, and delivery concerns during the peak shopping season.
Qualifications
- At least High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
- Can start immediately
