David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading mobile communications Company that is seeking to onboard a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative for their client support for Alicante/Malaga in Spain .
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Alicante/Malaga , Spain
Work model: On-Site/ hybrid model possible (2–3 days per week on-site, depending on performance)
Employment type: Full-time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email channels
Support customers with mobile, internet, and TV-related questions and issues
Assist with SIM card activation, mobile data setup, and account-related requests
Guide customers through TV box installation and home internet setup processes
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide effective solutions
Deliver professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented support
