Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Associate (St. Catharines)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telephone referrals, verify eligibility criteria, and appropriate funding, and set up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services.
• Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone and walk‑in orders, answering questions, tracing order and shipment status, and resolving issues.
• Provide complete and accurate account set‑up and pricing data, and maintain the ongoing accuracy of customer information.
• Support Territory Managers by balancing time between inside sales and customer service duties to help the team achieve targeted sales budgets.
• Collect payments to ensure customer accounts remain current and track customer orders in JDE to confirm delivery and billing are completed.
• Prepare daily cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
• Ensure all outgoing mail is sent daily.
