Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Your Role:

• Handle patient calls, emails & appointment confirmations
• Assist with referrals, pre-approvals & follow-ups
• Manage patient records & ensure HIPAA compliance
• Generate & send medical reports

Qualifications:

• Open to HS grads, college students, and degree holders
• No experience? No problem—experience is a bonus, not a requirement
• Must have solid communication skills
• Work onsite at our McKinley, Taguig location
