Location & Work Arrangement

Office based in Medellín, Colombia. This position requires in‑person work and is not offered remotely or hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects through independent internet searches, databases, directories, and self‑generated lead lists.
  • Set appointments for businesses interested in RPGL services and influence them to purchase logistics solutions by addressing their specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of contact information, names, addresses, and follow‑ups using Salesforce CRM.
  • Perform heavy phone outreach, making over 150 calls per day and generating instant rapport with prospects.
  • Adapt to various situations and personalities, handling rejection professionally.
  • Act as a self‑starter with a positive attitude, self‑motivated to learn and grow within the role.
