Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Medellin - Full In-Person

Salary Expectation: $3,000,000 to $3,500,000 Depending on Experience

Essential Functions

• Handle and respond to calls from providers, agencies, agents, and policyholders.
• Prepare reports on banking information.
• Prepare reports to request pending information.
• Review specific cases with agencies and providers.
• Reconcile account statements.
• Conduct service meetings with agencies.
• Complete T5 forms (pre-existing conditions).

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Language proficiency.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the field.
• Experience in high-quality customer service.
