Customer Service Representative - (Collections, Fraud, Escalation Experience)
As an Unauthorized Occupant Response Coordinator, you will take point in investigating and resolving cases involving individuals unlawfully residing in our homes. Your daily tasks will include managing phone based outreach to unauthorized occupants, coordinating tasks with members of our field teams, assessing the occupancy status of homes, and drive resolution efforts quickly and professionally.
