Customer Service Representative

As CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external customer requirements by meeting time and cost indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• New Purchase Order lead and follow up through the supply chain.
• Optimize and improve inventory levels.
• Collaborate on the consolidation and improvement of freights.
• Support the service structure on the logistics of samples, equipment, and panels, to customers or within PPG locations.
• Supervise Demand Tool and coordinate with Service structure the accurate use of the tool to secure materials availability.
• Validate the customer requirement forms and ensure sales and service structure fill the information accurately in the system.
