Responsibilities
- Responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about the products.
- Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous, and effective service through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Ensure on time and complete delivery of orders to account once delivery trucks are dispatched out of the warehouse.
- On time delivery of truckers to accounts, on time transmittal of proof of deliveries from truckers, and on time disposition of rejects /returns upon delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Must be willing to work onsite at Brgy. Tayud Liloan Cebu.
