Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner.
  • Manage and prioritize the customer support inbox to ensure timely responses.
  • Identify common customer issues and escalates when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English with a neutral or clear accent; excellent written communication is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Highly organized and dependable with good time management.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
