Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Manage and prioritize the customer support inbox to ensure timely responses.
- Identify common customer issues and escalates when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English with a neutral or clear accent; excellent written communication is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized and dependable with good time management.
